Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar on Wednesday stated an vital assembly could be held along with his Himachal Pradesh counterpart on June 5 to debate points associated to floor water.

The points to be mentioned are the development of the Kishau dam, the development of latest parallel linked channel from Dadupur to Hamida head, the Saraswati River Rejuvenation and Heritage Development Project, the SYL canal water by way of Himachal and the imposition of cess on electrical energy.

During the assembly, officers apprised the Chief Minister that work can also be being executed for transforming of the Gurugram Water Service channel and building of the Mewat Feeder Canal venture, moreover growing capability of JLN canal and enhancing capability of Hansi department’s service system.

“These irrigation and water projects will provide relief in areas with groundwater crises and water for irrigation will be available to industries and farmers, ” he added.
