Chandigarh-The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) Punjab, on Tuesday, wrote the governor for the allotment of institutional land to the AAP Punjab unit in UT Chandigarh.

In a letter from AAP Punjab President Bhagwant Mann to the governor and UT administrator Banwarilal Purohit, he talked about that the Aam Aadmi Party is a registered political celebration which turned a nationwide celebration in April this 12 months. The celebration has its large majority authorities in Punjab and all seven Rajya Sabha members from the state belong to the AAP. In Chandigarh too out of 35 they’ve 14 councillors. The Aam Aadmi Party is a big and the most well-liked celebration in Punjab and Chandigarh.

But, even after writing and asking for institutional land for the celebration workplace in conferences and interactions on a number of events, there isn’t a response from the Chandigarh administration. Shiromani Akali Dal, a regional celebration, has 3 acres of land in sector 28, Congress is allotted greater than 1 acre of land in sector 15 and BJP has two plots in sector 33 and 37. So this inaction and deafening silence within the matter of the Aam Aadmi Party workplace solely implies that UT administration is taking part in favouritism and has some ulterior motives.

In this letter, CM Bhagwant Mann as soon as once more requested the governor to allot an acceptable plot for the development of the AAP workplace in Chandigarh. He urged the governor to take needed measures and motion on the earliest.
