Chandigarh-The Punjab and Haryana High Court has grated anticipatory bail to Bharat Inder Singh Chahal, ex-adviser to former chief minister Capt Amarinder Singh in in an alleged disproportionate property (DA) case.
“We have already given complete information about Bharat Inder Singh Chahal’s assets to Punjab Vigilance. We have been asked to file an affidavit by the Punjab Haryana High Court, the next hearing will be on October 13, ” knowledgeable Bharat Inder Singh Chahal’s lawyer Karambir Singh Nalwa.
