Veteran Congress chief and former Union Minister P. Chidambaram on Tuesday mentioned that the “justice delivery system in India moves in mysterious ways” whereas evaluating the circumstances of BJP MP Ram Shankar Katheria and get together chief Rahul Gandhi.
