The Delhi High Court has directed the Centre to promptly enable the graduation of operations for the information channel “Lokshahi Marathi”.
Justice Subramonium Prasad stated that the channel’s proprietors had taken corrective actions to deal with points raised by the federal government, entitling them to renew channel operations.
In its order, the courtroom said that it’s of the opinion that the petitioners should be permitted to start the operation of the channel.
