After searches in Punjab and Haryana, the Delhi Police Special Cell has detained a person, aged round 35, in reference to the pro-Khalistan graffiti on the partitions of ISBT flyover in September, sources stated, including that banned SFJ founder Gurpatwant Singh Pannun had provided him cash.
The man has been recognized as Malak Singh and he was detained from Kurukshetra in Haryana.
Sources informed IANS that he was promised financial advantages for the job by the ‘Sikhs for Justice (SFJ)’ handler, Gurpatwant Singh Pannun.
Sources stated that Malak Singh was being grilled to unearth the entire conspiracy.

In September, the Delhi Police had registered a case beneath the suitable sections of the IPC following an incident wherein pro-Khalistan graffiti was discovered on the partitions beneath the Kashmiri Gate flyover.
