The nationwide capital on Monday recorded a minimal temperature at 7.3 levels Celsius, three notches beneath the seasonal common, the India Meteorological (IMD) Department stated.

Until final week, the temperature was hovering round 6 levels, and the minimal temperature was recorded at round 7 or 8.
