West Bengal Chief Minister and the Trinamool Congress supremo Mamata Banerjee on Tuesday launched a scathing assault on the Centre over the usage of tear gasoline shells to disperse protesting farmers and stopping them from coming into Delhi on the Punjab-Haryana Shambhu border.
