In a significant operation, the National Investigation Agency (NIA) on Wednesday was conducting raids at over 100 places throughout six states as a part of its crackdown on the alleged nexus between gangsters, drug smugglers and terrorist teams.
The company can be probing the hyperlinks with the Khalistani parts.
According to sources, the searches had been being carried out in Haryana, Punjab, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand and Madhya Pradesh in terror-narcotics smugglers-gangsters nexus circumstances, RC 37, 38, 39/2022/NIA/DLI.
The NIA’s crackdown is available in response to intelligence inputs suggesting the involvement of gangsters with connections to Khalistani teams in planning and executing acts of terrorism within the nation.
The company goals to uncover the community concerned in selling terrorism and disrupt their actions.
The operation marks a big step within the NIA’s efforts to dismantle prison networks that pose a menace to nationwide safety.
As of now the NIA has not made any official statements within the case.
