Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday paid tributes to late Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M.G. Ramachandran (MGR) on the latter’s 107th start anniversary.

He was the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu from 1977 till his dying in 1987.
