In a crackdown towards gangster-terrorist nexus, Punjab Police on Friday carried out raids at suspected hideouts of associates and lively supporters of gangsters throughout the state.
The simultaneous raids had been carried out from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. on the instructions of Director General of Police Gaurav Yadav.
All residential and different premises of associates, family and mates linked with gangsters, had been completely searched in all 28 police districts.
