The Punjab authorities has registered 32 per cent extra revenue for stamp and registration collections in December 2023, state Revenue Minister Bram Shanker Jimpa mentioned on Sunday.
He mentioned offering clear, hassle-free and corruption-free providers is the principle purpose of the federal government.
Jimpa mentioned from April to December the exchequer has acquired Rs 3, 142.67 crore beneath stamp and registration, which is Rs 285.81 greater than April to December 2022.
He mentioned that from April to December 2022, this revenue was Rs 2, 856.86 crore.
He mentioned the federal government has acquired 32 % extra revenue in December 2023 alone as in comparison with the earlier yr. As in opposition to Rs 315.81 crore in December 2022, whereas Rs 417.85 crore credited into the federal government treasury in December 2023.
