Rajasthan Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma on Thursday gave a basic consent to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) for investigation in issues associated to the state.

According to the notification issued by the Home Department, now the CBI won’t require the permission of the state authorities to research any case within the state.

The earlier authorities had withdrawn the final consent given to CBI for investigating issues within the state. But now, after the Chief Minister’s resolution, the CBI won’t be requiring state authorities’s permission to research any matter.
