In order to run the office work of the Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee (SGPC) more smoothly, the SGPC senior vice-president Surjit Singh Bhitewad and chief secretary Harjinder Singh Dhami held a meeting with the officials of the SGPC.

SGPC junior vice-president Baba Buta Singh, general secretary Bhagwant Singh Sialka, and member Bhai Manjit Singh were also present on the occasion.

Surjit Singh Bhitewad and Harjinder Singh Dhami said that the Sangat has high expectations from the SGPC, a representative religious body of the Sikh community.

“We are fortunate to be serving in Gurus’ houses”, said they said.

Encouraging all the officers to perform their duties with a sense of Sewa (service), they said that in order to streamline the functioning of the organization, all should work as a team members so that better arrangements could be made for the Sangat.

The SGPC senior officials also asked the officers to make the performance of their respective departments more satisfactory. They also listened to the difficulties faced by the officers.

All the officers present during the gathering unanimously assured that they would discharge every responsibility of the office towards the organization with utmost diligence and sincerity.

On this occasion SGPC additional secretary Sukhdev Singh Bhurakohna, Partap Singh, assistant secretary Kulwinder Singh Ramdas, Balwinder Singh Kahlwan, Tejinder Singh Padda, Simarjeet Singh, Sulakhan Singh Bhangali, Harjit Singh Lalu Ghuman, Gurmeet Singh Buttar, Harjinder Singh Kaironwal, Gurdial Singh, Nirvail Singh, and Sukhbir Singh and others were present.
